Author Guidelines
Submission Preparation
Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to the ICBAE Conference. All submissions will first be evaluated by the conference editors or scientific committee to determine whether they are relevant to the conference themes and meet the required academic and formatting standards. Manuscripts considered suitable will proceed to the peer review process, after which a decision will be made regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection. All authors must ensure that their manuscripts follow the ICBAE author guidelines and the official ICBAE manuscript template.
Before submitting, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use and publish any material included in the manuscript, such as photographs, figures, tables, documents, instruments, or datasets, where such permission is required. All individuals listed as authors must have agreed to authorship and approved the submission. Where applicable, research involving human participants, animals, or other sensitive matters must have received approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review body in accordance with the legal and ethical requirements of the country in which the study was conducted.
The conference editors reserve the right to reject a submission at the initial screening stage if it does not meet the minimum standards of academic quality, relevance, originality, or presentation. Authors are therefore encouraged to ensure that the manuscript is clearly structured, the research design and argument are well developed, the title is concise and informative, and the abstract is clear and able to stand independently. Careful preparation before submission will improve the likelihood that the manuscript can proceed smoothly through the review process. Once the manuscript is ready, authors should complete the required submission checklist before final submission.
