Scientific Statement
The ICBAE Conference is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics throughout the submission, review, and publication processes. All parties involved in the conference publication process, including authors, reviewers, editors, scientific committee members, and publication partners, are expected to adhere to ethical principles and professional standards.
In line with internationally recognized principles of publication ethics, including the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), ICBAE seeks to promote the dissemination of original, rigorous, and high-quality scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and serves the wider academic and professional communities. The conference is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, originality, and respect in all stages of manuscript handling and evaluation.
Authors are expected to submit original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate submission, improper authorship, or other unethical research and publication practices is strictly prohibited. All such cases will be treated seriously and may result in rejection, withdrawal from the conference program, or exclusion from publication.
Reviewers, editors, and scientific committee members are expected to perform their duties objectively, fairly, and confidentially, without discrimination or conflict of interest. All submissions must be evaluated solely on their academic merit, relevance, and scholarly contribution.
The ICBAE Conference remains dedicated to preserving the integrity of the academic record by addressing suspected misconduct appropriately and, when necessary, implementing corrections, withdrawals, or other suitable actions in accordance with ethical publishing standards.
